Any service provider in the event or lifestyle industry can join VendorXpress. This includes decorators, photographers, makeup artists, DJs, caterers, MCs, ushers, rental services, and more.

2. How do I register as a vendor?

Click the "Join as a Vendor" button on our homepage. Fill in your business details, select your service type, upload your logo and sample work images, and submit the form. Our team will review your application and notify you once it's live.

3. Is there a fee to register?

We offer Free Trusted and Premium plans. The free plan includes a basic listing. Trusted and Premium paid plans offer added visibility, featured placement, and access to leads. Details are available during signup or by contacting support.

4. How long does it take to get approved?

Vendor submissions are manually reviewed within 24–48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your listing is approved and live on the platform.

5. Can I edit my profile after listing?

Yes. To update your profile information or images, simply contact our support team. We'll make the necessary updates on your behalf to maintain the integrity of vendor listings.

6. How do I get clients?

Your profile will be suggested to users based on their event type and location. Customers can view your services, images, and contact you directly (Paid plans only). The more detailed your profile is, the better your chances of getting contacted.
