Vendor Responsibilities
As a Vendor, you agree to:

Customer Responsibilities
As a Customer, you agree to:

Not engage in any actions that would harm or disrupt the platform.
Transactions and Payments
VendorXpress facilitates transactions between vendors and customers. Payment is processed through third-party payment gateways. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the payment process.
Limitations of Liability
VendorXpress is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or direct/indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services provided.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VendorXpress, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions or unlawful use of the platform.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms and Conditions, without notice.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
VendorXpress reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the new version will take effect immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
